Sally Van Winkle Campbell is a Kentucky native. She is the granddaughter of "Pappy" Van Winkle and the author of But Always Fine Bourbon. She lives with her rescued hound, in a cottage in a very quiet corner of Louisville.

Thomas Hart Shelby recently moved home to Louisville with his wife Blair and daughter Campbell after many years living and working in New York City and Florida. When not shooting pictures he can be found cutting the grass or working on an old car. His work still takes him all over the country and the Caribbean Islands, but Kentucky is home, and the place he looks most forward to spending his time.
